This site is operated by GFI Online Ltd, trading as In The Saddle Country Clothing. All our products are sold subject to the following conditions:

  • Your order confirms your acceptance to our terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms on occasion and these take effect from such time as they are posted on the website.
  • Orders can be placed online through the website, using a secure payment method, or by telephone on 0800 432 0454. We will confirm by email/telephone the receipt of your order, and advise of the expected delivery time.
  • Should there be any problem in processing your order, we will advise you immediately to discuss the options available.
  • Colours of garments displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. Different monitors may slightly alter the true colour of the product, therefore we can’t guarantee your monitor will reflect the exact colour of the garment delivered.
  • Prices Shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate charged in the UK.
  • If on receipt of the order, there is found to be a fault with the product, we will replace or refund the cost of the garment on its return to us, together with the postage costs. Please contact us to request a returns form and freepost label. We advise that you obtain a “receipt of posting” from the Post Office in case the goods are lost in the post.
  • If for any other reason you wish to return the goods to us, we will refund the cost of the goods, less any delivery charges, providing that the goods are unworn, with their original tickets and packaging. If an exchange is required, shipping will not be charged to dispatch the replacement order. However if a further exchange is required, standard shipping charges will apply.
  • With the returned goods, you must include a completed returns form detailing the reason for the return so that the goods can be identified and checked. This enables us to credit you for the value of the goods returned.

  • We will make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable time from the date of your order, normally 3–5 working days. However we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic delays etc.
  • The goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification, subject to any qualification or representation contained in the website. We do not make any other promises or warranties about the goods.
  • We will make every effort to keep the website available and free from inaccuracies at all times, but are unable to guarantee that will always be the case, and do not accept liability to that effect.
  • The contents of the pages within the website are the intellectual property of In the Saddle unless otherwise specified.
